I always loved teaching people awareness for their own bodies, offering them help and advice for living a healthier lifestyle. Ironically, I forgot to pay enough attention to my own body not noticing that I was doing too much.

After my first Yoga class at the age of 26 I felt like I found the missing piece of a puzzle.

When I moved to San Francisco I did my first Yoga teacher training and started teaching Basic and Prenatal classes.

Yoga helped me preparing for birth and the demands of motherhood like nothing else. I feel I need to connect to my breath constantly since becoming a Mum and being on my mat helps me to stay grounded.

Discovering Yoga in a more playful way because of my daughter encouraged me to become a certified kids Yoga teacher and I love to bring Yoga into the little people's life so early.

I am blown away of the impact Yoga has on me every single day and am very grateful to have the chance to bring it into the world.

    Prenatal Class Description:

The Yogis believe that the practice of yoga during pregnancy creates a positive imprint on the unborn child. Any of the benefits that are received by the mother, are directly passed onto he baby.

If we nurture our babies with peacefulness, joy and balance, they will carry that energy with them from the womb and out into the world around them.

In my classes we will practice with care and awareness, and I will guide you through poses that can help you develop strength, stamina and stability. You will learn how to modify your practice for your changing bodies.

We will focus on connecting to the breath and its impact on energizing and calming both body and mind. With this awareness we turn inwards to cultivate internal resources we can use during labor.

Prenatal Yoga is a gentle way to relieve common discomforts during pregnancy such as back and hip pain, cramps and stiffness and can help to feel you more balanced, both physically and mentally.

We will embrace and honor the beauty of pregnancy and I will help you to build confidence and courage in preparation for birth.

Guided relaxation and meditation techniques are integrated as well.
