Ashley’s classes are sequenced to dive deep into the physical and emotional bodies. Asana coupled with breath bring about sensation. Then through observation the physical, mental, and emotional reactions to that sensation can be observed. “Who we are on the mat is who we are off the mat. The first step to positive and healthy change starts with awareness.” Ashley is a Vinyasa yoga teacher who has taught all over the country in Colorado, Ohio and Connecticut. She graduated Trinity College with a degree in Religious Studies focusing in Hinduism, and Buddhism. She continues her studies at Gallatin, NYU graduate school for yoga, Hinduism and counseling for mental health and wellness. She is always innovating a fun new flow while encouraging expressiveness within your own practice.
