Ola has been an active athlete since her early childhood. Spending her winters immersed in skiing and vast ranges of sports during the warmer months of the year she discovered yoga in 1997 to cure her injuries. She developed a deep understanding of an alignment and found the therapeutics as the art of Hatha Yoga.

 It was the elegant arrangement of Anusara Yoga principals that became her foundation and passion. She continuously deepens her study of Anusara Yoga under the guidance of great community of teachers. 

Her students learn how to use their own inner resources such a breath and internal awareness to make each class fully enjoyable for themselves, and how to stimulate healthy energy flow to discover more of their own potentials.
